Steph has been very consistent since started originally on the 28 day program and now coming in 3 times a week working with the 360 Fitness Personal Trainer’s.
As you can see she’s dropped 8 kg of weight, lost 9 percent body fat whilst increasing muscle mass 👏
Steph has been on numerous holidays in this period too showing you don’t have to just been working out everyday, eating chicken and broccoli! But instead being consistent with training and nutrition, you can still balance everything and see results 💪
