Our August member of the month goes to Tracey who has delivered great results over the last month whilst working with the 360 Personal Trainer’s in small group sessions, losing 5kg in weight and dropping her body fat significantly.
By her own admission her wine intake previously had been too high and this came alongside meals out and snacking regularly.
Rather than cut it out completely, she just had the things she enjoyed but in moderation. Alongside a balanced approach to her nutrition and consistency with her training, she has had some impressive results and is well on her way to reach her goals!
