Option-1 Check your bank account, see what you are spending money on and what you could cut out or didn’t need to buy
Options 2 Just guess and hope you save money each month. It’s obvious
Yet with nutrition Some people are trying to maintain a deficit with their food by guessing, that’s just going to leave you frustrated and most likely you aren’t going to see the weight go down.
You don’t need to track forever, but do it for a few weeks so you can see what you are consuming and then if you aren’t losing weight you might find the answer. You aren’t going to get amazing results by guessing.
