Training around injuries!

Here at 360 Fitness our Personal Trainer’s can adapt to any client under any circumstances

We have clients who carry little niggles, clients who can’t do certain exercises, clients who struggle with mobility and flexibility .

Here is a few clips of Gary’s sessionGary fell off a ladder at work and damaged his knee badly….he didn’t want it to stop himself from coming to the gym and training. We worked around his injuries and ensured he still got a good workout in.
