Weight wise, she had gone from 59kg to 53kg, and as you can see has made massive changes to her body whilst working with our Personal Trainer’s at 360 Fitness 💪
Sometimes people presume a women’s transformation like this with doing lots of cardio.However it’s been mainly weight training, with mainly bits of conditioning added in like the ski erg, bike erg and Airbike.
Danielle comes in most weekdays, although she likes a chat in the gym, still works hard and is pleased to have reached her target weight!
