This months member of the month goes to Chelsea, who has lost 16kg (2.5 stone) since training at 360 Fitness. With that she’s put on more muscle, toned up and massively increased her fitness.
Chelsea trains twice a week with and puts the effort in each session in the gym. She was training with us during lockdown on zoom and since coming in the gym has picked up where she left off!
In addition to this, she has been the focused on her nutrition, tracking and being aware of the calories she’s consuming. This is the side most neglect and just focus on the exercise.
With good training and following a good nutritional plan, massive changes are possible. So well done to Chelsea 👏
