What a start to the week!Paul just put this in our members group.He has lost 50 pounds since may working with our 360 Fitness Personal Trainer’s and with that has put on muscle too! If you target is to lose a substantial amount of weight, a step by step progress is the goal.If Paul came and send he wanted to lose 50 pounds, straight away, it can seem too much. We knew that was the goal but we broke it down. Plus you have to remember it is never straight forward some weeks you might gain weight or not lose. But this is the point of working with us to have that accountability and support system to ensure results are consistent and progress is always being made.Paul is going to look better now and his clothes fit better, but the health benefits are huge. Without that 50 pounds on his body imagine the Heath benefits and benefit to his joints! It just shows with hard work literally anything is possible.
