
She increased her weekly sessions from two to three with our Personal Trainer’s, and asked us to set her daily calories for training and non-training days. She has worked hard each week and followed her calories every day.
After her weigh in her this week, she has lost 1.5kg (3.3 pounds). A loss of just under a pound a week.
But, more importantly for her and for us, she has lost inches. Three inches from her waist, two and half from her legs, and two and half from her chest/back.
Consistency pays off. Great effort Julia.
