Great Feedback from Mark! Mark joined us in the position that a lot of guys find themselves in when they haven’t really exercise for a while and needed to get back in a routine and back in shape.Mark comes in twice a week, and is very consistent with his sessions each week. Initially we focused on dropping body fat when he joined, and dropping inches off his waist which worked well. After that we have transitioned to build up his strength which has been going really well, and putting some good muscle onto his frame.We look forward to his results as we go forward!
