Our goal at 360 Fitness is always to get results!
But we understand that our clients want to have a life too and balance that with their training and nutrition.
So this is great from Paul (not the bit about drinking all June 😂) he has watched his diet, on the other days of when he hasn’t had things on, plus he has continued to get in with us and work hard a couple of times a week.
For a guy who did not exercises for years, keeping in that routine and building that habit of coming to see us around his trips is a result in itself. The weight off is an added bonus.
He could have easily not worked out and then the diet would have slipped, probably not losing weight or even putting it on.
As we always say the keys to success are consistence and balance, in the gym and with your nutrition.
